DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

If you are just getting started on plans to build your project and have not selected an architect, we can assist you in the process. A collaborative team approach will streamline the process and reduce building cost while adding value.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND BIDDING

If your plans are complete, we will analyze the project and prepare a comprehensive budget and construction time schedule. Those are the fundamental documents needed to access the feasibility of the project to move forward to permitting and breaking ground.

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

From early development to completion, we provided project management, planning, and coordinating to ensure full satisfaction of client demands for a viable project both in terms of fundamental and budget

Alessandro Potenti

President

Attended the University of Degli Studi di Firenze Facolta di Architettura, Florence, Italy. Professional Degree of Architecture (BArch) Experience is derived from real-life situations — from challenges that promote growth, social encounters that foster relationships, and accomplishments that create confidence. For Double P Construction Inc life experience has helped to cultivate a unique expertise in the construction industry.

Nick Terziev

Director of operations

Has more than 20 years of experience in the South Florida Homebuilding Industry He has custom-built thousands of luxury homes in some of South Florida's most prestigious communities. Nick graduated with a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Roger Williams University In addition, he participated in the Czech Republic Architecture Program at Czech Technical University in Prague.

Double P Construction, Handled a major renovation of my home upon purchase and a smaller renovation a few years later.
The initial renovation involved removing walls, gutting bathrooms, installing wood and marble floors, custom iron stair rail, and much more. Double P expanded upon my initial ideas to present an amazing plan to open up my home and make the architectural aspects really flow.
Project Manager Nick Terziev oversaw every aspect of my two projects, keeping a watchful eagle eye trained on every minor detail. During each phase of work he caught even the most minor of imperfections, ensuring each one was remedied properly. Crews were on time, professional, trustworthy and hardworking.
Double P’s commitment to providing a superior work product while simultaneously ensuring a very pleasant and stress free client experience is exceptional in todays construction market. Friends who chose “cheaper” contractors found themselves suffering through considerable delays, sloppy workmanship, cost overruns and severe headaches. Worse most were barely speaking term to their contractor buy the end of the project. On the flipside, my process was smooth going and actually…FUN (gasp)!
